General Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions, “Cargo World” refers to Cargo World Logistics, “Customer” refers to the party contracting with Cargo World, and “Services” refers to the logistics and transportation services provided by Cargo World.
2. Acceptance: By contracting with Cargo World, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
3. Scope of Services: Cargo World will provide the Services as specified in the contract or agreement.

Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods: Cargo World accepts various payment methods, including bank transfers, cash, and checks.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 1 day of invoice date unless otherwise specified.
3. Late Payment Fees: A late payment fee of 5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.

Liability and Insurance
1. Cargo World’s Liability: Cargo World’s liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the value of the goods or the amount of the freight charge, whichever is less.
2. Insurance: Cargo World offers insurance coverage for goods in transit. The Customer may purchase insurance coverage at an additional cost.

Cancellation and Termination
1. Cancellation: The Customer may cancel the contract or agreement with Cargo World by providing written notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date.
2. Termination: Cargo World may terminate the contract or agreement if the Customer fails to pay invoices or comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or state where the Services are provided.
2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in the courts of the country or state where the Services are provided.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
1. Changes: Cargo World reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Effective Date: Changes to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately and apply to all existing and future contracts and agreements.
